Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with everything you purchase from Mopp’s Mum
Makes website, however, if you would like to return or exchange anything then
here is what to do.

Please state
1. Customer Name
2. Order number or reference
3. Date of your order

You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to return your item
to us for a refund, exchange or a credit note. You can e-mail us at

The customer is liable for the return shipping unless there has been an error on
our side. We recommend sending your return using a tracked or recorded
delivery service as we can not be liable for any orders lost in transit back to us.
Always retain proof of purchase. Exchanges for faulty or incorrect items are
reshipped in the UK free of charge.

Returns and Exchanges must always be received back in perfect resaleable
condition in order to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a
refund, credit or exchange should we deem the product to be returned in an
unsatisfactory condition. All items must be received unworn and unwashed.

Refunds will be made within 7 days of us receiving the return, if accepted.
Refunds will not be made if your dog has damaged the collar through rough
play, scratching or chewing. We will not refund initial shipping costs, only the
garment cost will be covered.

Sale items are non-refundable but can qualify for credit
