2. Our Products
2.1. Product Description: We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the website are correct. However, handmade items, such as our luxury dog accessories, may have slight variations in colour, pattern placement, or size due to the nature of the craftsmanship.

2.2. Fabric/Tartan Selection: Products are custom-made based on the fabric/tartan selection you provide using the number and name from our selection list. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct selection is provided during the ordering process.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
3.1. Placing an Order: Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product.
3.2. Acknowledgement: After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgement; it does not mean your order has been accepted.

3.3. Acceptance of Order and Contract Formation: A legally binding contract between you and Mopp's Mum Makes is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you and send you an email confirmation that the goods have been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation).

3.4. Refusal of Order: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g., if the fabric is unexpectedly out of stock, or if we suspect fraudulent activity). If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
4. Price and Payment
4.1. Price: The price of the products will be as stipulated on the website at the time you place your order. Prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges.

4.2. Payment: We accept payment via PayPal & card payment, cash can be on collection if that is arranged. Payment will be debited from your account immediately upon placing the order.
5. Delivery and Manufacturing
5.1. Manufacturing Lead Time: As our products are custom-cut and sewn with care by Bill and Lindsey, a lead time for manufacturing is required. We aim to dispatch goods within 14 working days, or as otherwise specified on our website or at checkout.

5.2. Delivery Costs: Delivery costs are calculated during the checkout process and are clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

5.3. Delivery Time: We aim to deliver within [Insert estimated delivery time] after dispatch, but delivery times are estimates and subject to the performance of our courier partners [e.g., Royal Mail]. We are not liable for any delays outside our control.

5.4. Risk and Title: The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due, including delivery charges.
6. Consumer Cancellation Rights (UK/Distance Selling)
As a UK distance seller, we comply with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

6.1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period): For non-personalised, non-custom-made items, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods (or the last item, if delivered separately).
6.2. Exception for Custom/Personalised Items: * The right to cancel does NOT apply to the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised. * Since most of our collars, leads, etc., are made to order based on your specific fabric/tartan and size selections, they are considered custom-made. The right to cancel for change of mind does not apply once production has started.

6.3. How to Cancel: To exercise your right to cancel (where applicable), you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., an email to [Insert Returns Email]) within the 14-day period.

6.4. Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel a contract (where applicable), we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods back from you.
7. Returns and Faulty Goods
7.1. Return of Goods (where cancellation is applicable): If you cancel the contract, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please check our refund policy.

7.2. Condition of Returns: The returned products must be in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached) and suitable for resale. A deduction may be made from the reimbursement for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
7.3. Faulty or Not as Described: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If you receive a product that is faulty or not as described, you should contact us immediately at [Insert Returns Email]. We will provide details on how to return the item. * We will cover the cost of postage for returning faulty items. * We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund depending on the nature of the fault and the time since purchase.
8. Use of Products and Safety Disclaimer
